He was cordial and friendly; helped us quickly find what we were looking for (I had no desire to walk around a car lot for six hours with two young kids in tow), and my husband and I sat down to discuss price for our trade in and new vehicle price. It was smooth and actually a pretty good time! We've purchased 3-4 cars from this dealership and they've done well by us every time.
