One of the best Car Buying experiences I've ever had I called several other dealerships before calling Nissan of Cool Springs. To say Bishoy Rizk was a cut above anyone else I spoke with is an understate I called several other dealerships before calling Nissan of Cool Springs. To say Bishoy Rizk was a cut above anyone else I spoke with is an understatement. He showed a true interest in understanding all of my needs, explaining all of the options, and helping to get me in the car I really wanted and within budget. He did not pressure me in any way at any point in the process. He answered every question I had and got back promptly if he had to research something. He also made the purchasing part as efficient as I've ever been through, preparing papers ahead of time, taking me for a test drive while other papers were finalized. He explained every detail of the car I asked about with 100% patience and a smile. Fantastic job. Marty Lang was also exceptional at the finance side of the process. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all questions simply and covered all points, again with no pressure to accept options I did not want.
