One of the best Car Buying experiences I've ever had I called several other dealerships before calling Nissan of Cool Springs. To say Bishoy Rizk was a cut above anyone else I spoke with is an understatement. He showed a true interest in understanding all of my needs, explaining all of the options, and helping to get me in the car I really wanted and within budget. He did not pressure me in any way at any point in the process. He answered every question I had and got back promptly if he had to research something. He also made the purchasing part as efficient as I've ever been through, preparing papers ahead of time, taking me for a test drive while other papers were finalized. He explained every detail of the car I asked about with 100% patience and a smile. Fantastic job. Marty Lang was also exceptional at the finance side of the process. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all questions simply and covered all points, again with no pressure to accept options I did not want. Extremely happy with my purchase, and will recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to all my friends and colleagues. More

Bishoy Rizk is your best Sales Rep I came in the dealership to get my key fob adjusted. I left the dealership in a new Maxima. Bishoy Rizk is the reason. Bishop happened to see me, a I came in the dealership to get my key fob adjusted. I left the dealership in a new Maxima. Bishoy Rizk is the reason. Bishop happened to see me, asked how I was and what brought me to the dealership. I told him, "To get the key fob working." He then said, "Let me put you in a new car." And put me in a brand new Maxima is what he did in about an hour! I was driving a 2015 Murano, my first ever SUV; Bishoy sold it to me about two years ago. I told him after driving the unit for a couple of years I preferred a sedan, and the black interior didn't work for me. I was thinking I'd have to wait until my lease was up before getting into a new car, but he said, "No, you can get a new model now." I told him I wanted a silver model with a light or neutral interior. Bam! He put me in a beautiful silver four-door Maxima with cashmere interior. I am particularly impressed with the lines of the car. My wife says it looks good on me. And, I love the power. It screams. Thanks Bishoy. You are the best! More
