Wife’s car wouldn’t start in the morning, so I jumped the battery and took it up to Greene Ford’s service department where Steven Bullister was in the service lane waiting to greet me. Explained what happen battery and took it up to Greene Ford’s service department where Steven Bullister was in the service lane waiting to greet me. Explained what happened and he said, “No problem. Leave it with me and we’ll get it sorted out.” He did exactly that and more! Within a short time I had a text that it was fixed up with a new battery installed and on its way to my wife’s office in time for her to have it at lunch. After 16 years and 110K+ miles we had an actual engine issue. The #2 injector failed, triggering the Check Engine Light.
