After over 10 years of buying vehicles this was the worst experience I have ever had. The communication and the service department is by far the worst. I saw a vehicle I had been looking for (for over a year) on a fb ad for y’all’s dealership. I inquired about it. Talked to 3 different people that day not one mentioned that this vehicle was not ready to be drove off the lot but each of them did know I was driving two hours. The next day I arrived vehicle was filthy, horrible tires, needed new dash, engine light was on. I was so disappointed and was fixing to get in my car and go back home. Blake was super nice and promised everything would be fixed. New tires, new dash, and engine light code that it was nothing serious and they would fix it all. Dash was on back order but if I would leave vehicle with them they would have the rest fixed in few days.. 2 days later came back got vehicle new tires and engine light was off. Had vehicle 4 days engine light came back on for the same code as the first time. Blake agreed they would fix again once dash arrived.. week later I brought it back to have dash replaced and engine light fixed again. A week later get vehicle back dash does look good, engine light was off. But the service guys did breaks the passenger side of the shifter console and instead of being honest and telling me they tried to super glue their mistake back together. And of course their glue did not work. 4 days after having the vehicle back the engine light comes back on same code. I called the dealership 2 days straight last week. NO ONE has returned my call OR told me what the service guys did to “fix” the issue. All I wanted to know is what they replaced so I could check it off the list of possible problems. Blake told me when I picked up the car they replaced the Evap with a brand new one everything was new. When I talked to him last week he wasn’t sure what was replaced just that they were under the hood if that helped me any.. service manger has get to call me back after a week.. and we know why.. after researching and help from our local dealership. The problem was a $20 part (thankfully) about the rear back tire the esim. Took less than 10 min to change and if fixed the issue. The original one was still on the car. Honesty and communication goes along way and I am very disappointed with how we were treated especially after driving a total of 16 hours back and forth just to purchase a vehicle with y’all! Don’t let your sales guys make promises your service guys can’t keep.. More

The sales guy made it so easy his name was Blake Davis I told him he reminded me of my son he had on some nice shoes I commented on how much they were hip I asked him to treat me as he would his own mother told him he reminded me of my son he had on some nice shoes I commented on how much they were hip I asked him to treat me as he would his own mother and to help me make this decision on buying this new car.
