After having 3 leased Mazda's this was my first purchase of a used one and I am so thankful I was able to work with Branden because he made sure I had an amazing experience! I had been looking for a specifi of a used one and I am so thankful I was able to work with Branden because he made sure I had an amazing experience! I had been looking for a specific used Mazda for a while so I was well educated on the one I wanted. When I came in for the test drive he had the keys waiting for me, asked if I had any questions, and I was off! When I came back he answered all of my follow up questions, including reaching out to someone if he didn't know the answer himself. It was very reassuring to see that he put in the work to make me feel comfortable instead of guessing. Plus he personally addressed any issues I had, both before and after the purchase! Blake and Michael get a shout out too for doing a fantastic job in assisting to make it a smooth transaction but it was Branden's modest knowledge of the brand (and cars in general) that helped to give me the confidence to make this purchase! I was looking for either a CX-50 or CX-5 with quite a few options to choose from. Branden worked with me diligently and patiently with no pressure whatsoever allowing me to test drive few options over few d options to choose from. He has gone over and beyond to provide me every bit of information no matter how late that was. Once I was ready him his manager Blake and Michael from Finance worked out the best deal, they could offer which worked for me, I ended up with a 2024 CX-5! The whole process was seamless and easy I would highly recommend working with this team if you have Mazda in mind whether used or new. More
