One of my favorite things about this location is that all of their vehicles are kept indoors in a warehouse, so the vehicles aren't sitting outside in the elements. Every car I looked at was extremely well-taken care of and in great condition. I was personally helped by Blanca Benitez, who is a wonderful person to work with and was very patient during the entire car-buying process. The only downside I have to give about this dealership is that their prices are "non-negotiable". They have certain policies they must follow that helps them decide on a final sticker price for the customer, but there was absolutely no negotiating on the cost before TTL. However, Blanca was very helpful and thorough in explaining the conditions of the contract, the warranties they offer, and the history of the vehicle I was purchasing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. It has been one month since I purchased my car and Blanca reached out to me yesterday to check-in on me and my satisfaction with my purchase thus far. Great people, great place, and beautiful cars! They held the vehicle for me with a $200 deposit so that I would not have to drive all the way down only to have a vehicle just sold conversation which I appreciated. I was able to speak with several of the sales personal while waiting to get everything done to the vehicle and each and every person I spoke with at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. From my experience this is a great place to buy from with really nice cars and a very professional but friendly staff. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle or the dealership. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist who called Blanca. Blanca came right out, showed us the vehicle, and arranged a test drive. After the test drive, Blanca took us to her office and gave us an overview of the vehicle and the buying process. In a relatively short time, we had purchased the vehicle. The entire experience was handled courteously and with a very high degree of professionalism. I really appreciate her efforts on my behalf in completing the loan application to secure the financing, explaining all the forms that required my signature, and making the transaction process go so smoothly and seemingly effortlessly on my part.
