The vehicle was ready, and we really liked it- fortunately for us we found a newer and lower mileage vehicle still under warranty at a great price from a dealer that met our request. If this deal fell through we would have been going to DAL for the Armada I looked at. My Husband works out in Addison and told me that he drives right by the dealership on his way home, so I asked if he would go and check out the Volvo for me. That is where he met Blanca Benitez. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the Volvo didn't work out. Then a few days later he went to look at a BMW X5. Blanca was not there, but my husband spoke to someone on her team and they were very nice and helpful and showed the BMW to my husband. My Husband came home and told me about the BMW so we drove back up to Addison Saturday morning to look at it. Blanca was so laid back and helpful, she isn't pushy at all and just lets you take your time looking at the car. It was the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Blanca was so easy to talk to, that after a while I realized that I was running out of time. I had to be in Southlake very soon for my daughters volleyball game. I let her know I was running short on time and she shifted into fast gear and we got the deal done, probably in record time. I have already recommended her to my step dad (who lives in S Arlington). I know that a 45 min drive is nothing to some people, but I am odd when it comes to driving longer distances for a car, but I would drive to Dallas Lease returns 40 more times. Blanca was the best. Satisfied I was looking for a Ram 3500 Longhorn on the internet and one close to what I was looking for popped up from Dallas Lease Returns. I made a call not knowing if anyone would answer on Sunday but Blanca Benitez did. She knew alot about the truck and told me about the $200.00 refundable deposit to give you time to get your paperwork done without worries of someone else buying the vehicle. Since I was in Midland, TX this was a good option for me. Blanca called me Monday morning to get my deposit, personal and trade information. It was just that easy. Blanca called me with the interest rate and after telling her I was not happy with that she went back to work and got me something I could live with. I gave them my down payment over the phone and they held the truck until I could get there on Saturday. It was even Blanca's day off but she came in knowing that was the only day I could come. All the paperwork was ready, we went for a test drive and filled me up with fuel. After I scared her to death running a red light she fed me lunch, I signed the papers, and I was on my way back to West Texas. I felt like I made a new friend and if I were ever in the market for a truck again I would definitely call Blanca first!!! More

There were no pushy conversations regarding an extended warranty, etc. Her follow up post sale has been great. Their selection of low mileage one owner vehicles is what brought me to DLR.
