Exceptional buying experience! Our experience with DLR and especially Blanca Benitez was extremely efficient and pleasant. Really, I never thought I'd associate the word pleasant with this process! The facility, selection, pricing, and overall car buying process is hands down the best I've ever seen. Blanca was very patient and accommodating in dealing with our busy schedule, and attentive without being pushy during our initial visit to DLR. She was quick to follow up to my questions and requests, flexible, professional, friendly, upfront and honest. Best of all, once we came to agreement on our trade in and purchase via phone, she had the car sitting by the front door, all paperwork ready to go, and we were in and out of DLR in about 30 minutes! I will highly recommend DLR and Blanca to all my friends and family. More

Dallas Lease Return has changed the car buying game!!! WOW...I have been searching for months online for the right vehicle. I have been to other dealerships and had to deal with dishonesty, unexplainable WOW...I have been searching for months online for the right vehicle. I have been to other dealerships and had to deal with dishonesty, unexplainable fees, and pushy sales people. Then I met Blanca Benitez at Dallas Lease Returns. In the past I have always purchased new vehicles so this was a new experience for me. Blanca was honest, kept her word, patient, respectful, very transparent with the process, fun, real, great multi-tasker, and extremely genuine. She works in sales but it never felt like she was trying to sell me anything. The word integrity really means something to her. It felt like she wanted to help me find the vehicle that I would be happy with. You don't find people like this anymore. The facility is clean, easy to find the vehicle you are looking for, and they quickly make you feel like you are as special as a family member. I would highly recommend Dallas Lease Returns. More

Great car buying experience, will definitely return! While looking for a vehicle, I went to several different lots. Once I went to Dallas Lease Returns, it became evident that they differentiate themselv While looking for a vehicle, I went to several different lots. Once I went to Dallas Lease Returns, it became evident that they differentiate themselves from other dealers. They avoid lies and games and treat you like an actual person instead of a potential source of commission. I dealt with Blanca and she was great! She kept an open communication throughout the entire process and definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Will certainly return soon! More
