The dealership was clean well organized with a large product offering. Bias, my salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took the time and effort to answer and demonstrat product offering. Bias, my salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took the time and effort to answer and demonstrate many of our questions. His laid back, low keyed attitude was refreshing and welcomed compared to other dealerships salespeople. I had found a ford fusion on the internet at this dealership and planned on going there to buy it. Once there I found that the car had been sold already. Due to the distance I traveled to get there I dealership and planned on going there to buy it. Once there I found that the car had been sold already. Due to the distance I traveled to get there I was offered a great deal on a new ford fusion. The employees I worked with were very helpful and friendly and really were sorry that the car I wanted had been sold by the time I got there. They did what they could to get me a great deal on a newer car that fit into my budget. I was amazed at how patient, kind, and light hearted everyone who worked with me was. In all aspects I was treated excellently even though at first I was disappointed and thought I might be leaving with nothing. They really worked hard to keep my business and did an excellent job. More
