Sales department is great, its the service department that is the worse. They have my sons car for 2 weeks and no communication from them. They wont even answer the phone when we call. Dont even bother t that is the worse. They have my sons car for 2 weeks and no communication from them. They wont even answer the phone when we call. Dont even bother trying to talk to the GM, or any other manager, they wont answer or return your calls. Granted they did give my son a loaner vehicle but since he has bought the car, he only had it for 3 days. The rest of the time its been in the shop. Do better Lithia! More

Regaining my trust will include communication and still we havent heard about the status of the car. If you have a cell phone that receives texts, then you also have a device to make phone calls. Btw we already sent about 3 texts and they have gone unanswered. Even sent a couple emails. The only response we receive was from Blayke telling us its not his problem the dealership sold us a car with a bad engine and then said “we wont buy back the car because it has a bad engine. You should have bought the warranty” Your dealership has screwed my son out of $11000. The only redeeming thing is you personally told my son that there is a 60 day warranty on all used vehicles, so this repair is covered. Thats something the sales department never mentioned either. The GM dodges my calls also. You would think that if a dealership is being bashed as much as Lithia is on social media, the GM would care about it.
