More importantly they answered any and all questions I had and the vibes were right. I never felt pressured or rushed to hurry up and buy or anything. BEST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER ! ! ! I am a privately contracted aeronautical engineer and I am required to travel all over the U.S. for my job. This leaves me very little time for personal things like shopping for an automobile. I originally saw this vehicle in an online advertisement and it appeared to be what I was looking for. I phoned the dealership and spoke with the salesman, told him that my time was extremely limited and I would therefore require him to do some of the things that I would normally do myself. I asked if he would go out and do a physical inspection of the vehicle noting all of the significant and the not so significant blemishes related to the physical condition of the vehicle. He relayed those minor blemishes to me and provided me with his summation of what the vehicle looked like (along with the photo's). We negotiated what I felt was a fair price via the telephone and I made the 350 mile trip to pick up the car. It was EXACTLY as described. I spent some time with the salesman learning about some of the many accessories that the car provided. I was taken into the sales office to complete the paperwork and I was on the road headed home in virtually minutes. Thanks to everyone there. This was one of the most pleasant experiences making a major purchase that I've ever had. More

Good dealer experience, but The salesman was great and the dealership was nice especially the waiting area. I also got a great price on a certified truck. The only downfall was my truck is already in the shop with the so called death wobble and it was driven less than a 1000 miles before it happened to me. I think the inspection for the certification process should be more thorough to catch the front end problem. More
