Top Notch Service Bo Heavin is a prime example of customer service. From the moment I walked into the lobby I felt comfortable and never pressured. I had both of my children with me, and Bo entertained their questions and comments as well. I was able to ask questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he found it for me. Once I decided to purchase my vehicle he took time to explain how everything worked and what the timeframe would be for completing all the paperwork. True to his word, the few door dings, scratches, and curb rash on the wheels were all fixed. The detail department worked hard, and they had the interior and exterior looking super nice, and I am VERY picky. I was escorted to and from where I needed to go or whom I needed to meet with to complete paperwork. I’ve had my expedition for about 6 weeks now, and Bo has checked in with me a couple different times to make sure all is well and to inquire if I had questions about anything. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Joe Machens Ford, and I would go back to purchase another vehicle. More importantly I would recommend Bo Heavin to my family and friends. Thank you!
