We leased our second Leaf at Alan Webb last week. Bo Shin, our salesperson, was absolutely the best salesperson we have encountered in more than 50 years buying and leasing cars. What set him apart, Shin, our salesperson, was absolutely the best salesperson we have encountered in more than 50 years buying and leasing cars. What set him apart, other than his knowledge and pleasant demeanor, was a complete focus on finding a way to get us exactly what we want. We thought of him as a valued consultant rather than a salesman. He also displayed initiative and anticipation in addressing all of our concerns. Equally impressive were Aladdin, who came up with the perfect lease for our specific situation, and Hamid, the finance manager, who made the normally boring and stressful financial closing not only pleasant, but extremely comfortable. These fine professionals reflect great credit on a dealership that seems to care more about pleased and satisfied customers than it does about maximizing profit. In our experience, this “customer first” attitude is sometimes preached but rarely practiced by automobile retailers. Alan Webb has found the right formula. Give him a try! More

We purchased a new 2020 Nissan Rogue at Alan Webb Nissan on 1/1/2021. Our salesperson was Bo Shin. Bo was outstanding to work with. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through how to operate the vehicle on 1/1/2021. Our salesperson was Bo Shin. Bo was outstanding to work with.
