I went in alone, as a single female in my 20s, to buy a car and Bo treated me horribly. He treated me like I was an idiot and had zero knowledge of credit, payment, financing or any of those things. He would not answer my questions and would skirt around giving me a direct answer. I was so uncomfortable with my experience trying to buy a car here and left Bo's office and the dealership in tears. Don't bother giving them your business, they don't care, and will absolutely try anything to screw over a young female in their 20's who they deem stupid and "seemingly" doesn't know anything More

I found a nice, used rav 4, when I initially went in, I was given a sales price that was within my budget. I had to go home, but said I would come in the next day and make the purchase. I came in the following day, and the price jumped up astronomically and they were not honoring what was on the paper I had been given the day before. The finance guy, Bo, was horrible and treated me like I was stupid. I asked so many questions about financing, the numbers, and percentage rates and he would not give me any clear answers or tried to avoid answering all together. The sales manager that came in then was absolutely horrendous. The sales manager was so rude and condescending to me, I was so uncomfortable with how he was speaking to me. I was being bullied and harassed into buying this car. I left mid signing papers, without a car, and in tears. I know for a fact I would have never been treated this way if I wasn't alone or if I was a man. The treatment I received is appalling and I genuinely hope no other woman or person gets treated this way from the team at Beaver Toyota. More

The experience I have had with Beaver Toyota has been great. I previously bought a Toyota there, and there was no question in my mind that when I bought a new Toyota, it was going to be from Beaver.
