Prior to coming in I worked with Darlene Lambert on completing the online application and the assement of my trade in. She was very pleasent and nice to work with. My salesman, Mike Ferrett, was beyond helpful . He walked me through the features of the vehicle and went as far as to install my new floor mats ( purchased at the dealership) and helping me remove my items from my old car to my new car. Not to mention that he came in on his day off because that day was convenient for me. I was able to complete the purchase mainly online and via email. When I went to purchase my vehicle I was in and out in about an hour. The financing was quick and easy. The finance manager , Bob Albright, really made me feel at ease with the transaction. Highly recommend and if I could I would give it 10 stars. More

The salesman, Jeff Scharbach, has listened to my car requests and found cars that suited my needs and requirements. The last two cars have been totaled in accidents when they were two years old. I credit the safety features with saving me from serious injury. One had had a battery issue early on and the maintenance department replaced it. More

Disappointed Took my vehicle in for service. Sat down in a chair in the waiting area and picked up a magazine and the table it was on was filthy. Food crumbs.. dri Took my vehicle in for service. I noticed that area wasnt the cleanest either. The visit before that one I had CDs missing out of my car. Never filed a complaint because I had no proof, but that was the only time someone was in my vehicle besides me. Usually I'm satisfied with Toyota but seriously considering leasing from another company. More
