JT is the kind of car salesman you want to deal with. Right from the outset his calm polite manner had me at ease. I had spent months dealing with car dealerships and walking away. As soon as I finished my test drive with JT, I was ready to buy it. I appreciated that he didn’t push to have ads-ons that I didn’t want nor could afford. I would recommend JT to anyone, to have a smooth car purchasing experience. As well I recommend Crown Dodge because they have a vast selection of vehicles to choose from. More

Simo Lahlou in particular was a pleasure to work with. To his huge credit he went at my pace. He waited for me to be ready to ask about / look at cars, and when I wanted to move forward he was quick and e To his huge credit he went at my pace. There were no surprises and he (and others at the dealership) found multiple ways to grab me rebates and discounts. Would absolutely drive 2 hours through traffic again for that customer service.
