Interaction and scheduling was great. Problem was found, parts and service were completed the next day while I waited. It would have been five stars if the debris that was left from the Problem was found, parts and service were completed the next day while I waited. They finished the job. But service person was trying to be polite but always came across as rude. Tried to be helpful. But continued to tell me how great they were doing fo But service person was trying to be polite but always came across as rude. Tried to be helpful. But continued to tell me how great they were doing for us. When we were paying for the service. Upon completion of the job our car was filthy. Oil and dirt everywhere. He blamed it on someone else saying the car came like that and it was the fault of others. I can’t prove anything but the complete lack of understanding customer service was terrible. I was quoted $100 for diagnostics. Then received a call saying that it would now be $300 diagnostics. And they were doing me a favor because it was cheaper than it should be. I’m not understanding why I would get a quote and then told something else but I had no choice since the work had to be done at a dealership and I would have to pay to have the vehicle towed to a different dealership. More
