Just what the doctor ordered. My doctor said to eliminate things that stress me out. I've been stressed about my car problems for a long time and that all ended after Bob helped me My doctor said to eliminate things that stress me out. I've been stressed about my car problems for a long time and that all ended after Bob helped me get my beautiful Kia Rio. Everyone at Haasz was helpful and friendly and I found the car I needed, the car I wanted, and they helped me drive away with no more worries and stress. Smooth no pressure salesmen. This was my first time dealing with Haasz Auto Mall in Ravenna. Over all a great experience, I had made a internet inquiry the day before. Lisa called me and set me up with salesmen Bob Baumgartner. He greeted me as I walked in. He was friendly we discussed what I was interested in. Bob both Ram trucks around so I could compare them. After a drive I decided one the one to purchase. Told Bob everything depended on the trade in. Haasz offered me a very good fair price on my 2014 Silverado only a little negotiating was needed. There was no pressure from Bob at all on the purchase of the new Ram. He did everything he could to get me every discount that was available from Ram (Chrysler). Pluse Dealer incentives. I highly recommend Bob Baumgartner and Haasz Auto Mall in Ravenna. More

" Good Business" An overall good experience. My sales person was a little pushy but still helpful nonetheless. I would have liked for him to pay more attention to what An overall good experience. My sales person was a little pushy but still helpful nonetheless. I would have liked for him to pay more attention to what I was saying instead of being totally focused on a sale. After a while things smoothed out and I started getting more of what I wanted. I would recommend someone to deal with Haass just be ready to stand firm on want you want and I believe they will give it to you. More
