better luck down the road from them made an appointment with bob b. on the phone and was assured theat the cars i was interested in were there and available to drive. arrived on time and made an appointment with bob b. on the phone and was assured theat the cars i was interested in were there and available to drive. arrived on time and weere met by a man whose name was ,i think, ron .he had no idea of the appointment but after finding out what we were interested in and who made our appointment , deferred us to rick mccoy, who first asked if i had credit problems (i actually have very high credit) and then drove us down to see several jeeps. none were automatic as they said they were listed via the internet and he refused to let us test drive anyway to see if we liked the ride stating ," it has no gas". he did not want to sell that day, because we'd asked to see other vehicles and he basically said, you don't want them, they have too many miles, or won't fit your son- without letting him even see or try them. we left, miffed and disappointed. after a lunch, we revived and had a great experience down the road at another dealer, who we would have loved to have bought from if they'd had what we were after. its less then a week later, and we've found our jeep, which we paid for fully. would only think rick could have gotten a sale or at least a future customer had he treated us better.too bad. i did receive a call shortly after posting this review from justin ...?, i forgot his last name, in management. he spoke with me about the problems we'd had and he assured me he'd make efforts to look into them further so the experience didn't repeat on someone else. he was attentive and offered a 50 dollar gift card (turned out to be a check) as compensation for our poor experience and also, he wished i would note his dealership's efforts to make things right in this review. it is so noted. More

Awesome !! It had been awhile since purchasing a vehicle. I went through TrueCar . Searched the website for Haasz in Ravenna. Found Jeeps I wanted to look at. It had been awhile since purchasing a vehicle. I went through TrueCar . Searched the website for Haasz in Ravenna. Found Jeeps I wanted to look at. I test drove 2 Jeeps with different interior options, engines etc. per suggestion of my sales person Brad Grega. He initially asked me what I was looking for and had a total picture of what I would like and what I could afford. And I got more on my trade than I ever expected. Brad was awesome! Very knowledgeable and so courteous. I never felt rushed nor pressured, in making a decision. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be recommending Haasz in Ravenna and Brad to anyone I come across looking for a car. Thank you so much Brad Grega !!! More
