Awesome customer service!! Bob was sent to us when we learned the salesman we usually use was off that day. He went over everything we needed to know about the different cars we were interested in, and when we finally made a decision, he spent 45 minutes with me going over all the details in the vehicle. He even told me if he couldn't figure out the answer, he would continue looking. He was polite, friendly, and courteous to our needs. I would recommend him to anyone! More

After weeks of "Car Dealers" who waste your time (Hours) to get nowhere.....Finally we bought our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with exactly what W After weeks of "Car Dealers" who waste your time (Hours) to get nowhere.....Finally we bought our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with exactly what We wanted....nothing more & nothing less at the best price period! It truly did pay to travel out of the Lehigh Valley! Savage 61 was one of the best sales experiences I have ever encountered in almost 50 years. Bob Care was very helpful , thorough, and utterly pleasant through out. Also Shon (the sales manager? closer) was polite, friendly and more than fair, certainly showed he wanted to sell us the car while never making us feel pressured in the least. Bob is the "benchmark" of what a car salesman should be! The dealership and all the employees we came in contact with so far have all been great! After weeks of car shopping & covering almost every Jeep dealer within 50 miles Bob & Savage 61 have been outstanding. I am anticipating nothing less when I bring our Jeep in for service.
