From the initial phone contact through the hug goodbye we feel that not only did we buy an awesome truck but also made a friend. Our next point of contact was with Tom the finance manager. Tom was able to have all of our documents ready and allowed us to be driving away in under an hour. Record setting time. Tom also provided a warm and friendly atmosphere and debunked all the myths of the dreaded finance guy. Finally...we had the opportunity to deal with Bob Borman. Bob is honest, fair and keeps his word!! Bob did what ever it took to make the deal happen and went above and beyond. This was my first time buying a car. I had been at a few other dealerships before stopping at Elkins Chevrolet, and beings that I was a first time buyer, I was already feeling uneasy based on the interactio other dealerships before stopping at Elkins Chevrolet, and beings that I was a first time buyer, I was already feeling uneasy based on the interactions I had with other salesmen at the other dealerships. I had interest in the Chevy Sonic from what I had read about it online, and that was the car that seemed to be the most suitable for my needs. My salesman, Darian made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable from the start. He definitely is a people person, and he made a first time experience a comfortable, not to mention memorable one. After all the horror stories I've heard about with other people at other dealerships, I was more than surprised with how we were treated by Darian, as well as the staff at Elkins Chevrolet. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I would definitely recommend Darian if you're looking for a quality car, as well as a great experience. More

I returned to Elkins to trade my 2009 Malibu ( great car) for a new 2013 Malibu, only if they would match my previous great deal I had from the 2009 Malibu. Was very accommodating Because of my "time" issue. Not only completed the paperwork in record time so I could get back to work, but made suggestions that were never explained at other Chevy/Cad issue. Bob was extremely knowledgeable in explaining paperwork questions and was very customer service oriented. Steve Wahid was our salesman and it was great not to have to fend off an aggressive salesman, very friendly and helped us with what Tahoe was available and the options. Was very nice explaining the "dashboard", as my husband and I are not manual people. I must say it was quite a nice experience for once buying the SUV. First time ever I didn't have nightmares or anxiety that night. Great job! More
