I had to drive up to Elkins Chevrolet from Southern Maryland (210 miles one way) to purchase a F 350 Pick up they had for sale that not only I had not test driven yet but had not even seen the truck ex Maryland (210 miles one way) to purchase a F 350 Pick up they had for sale that not only I had not test driven yet but had not even seen the truck except for pictures. I will be truthful,I was a little skeptical. I leave Md. at 430 am to be sure I am there at 9 am when they open. Arrive at Elkins and walk in the front door and IMMEDIATELY I am greeted ,not pressured, by my salesman MIKE MONTEZ. whom I had been communicating with by email for a week and had never met him. Mike asked me how my drive up was and then offered me some coffee and off we were on a test drive while my trade in was being appraised. Returned to the dealership and had a few questions about the truck. All my questions were answered by Mike as well as DAVE WEINER (thanks again Dave)and then off we go to start with all the paperwork. Now its time to go in and finish up. I am then introduced to BOB BORMAN to go over all the financial papers and get me on the road back to Southern Maryland.... Mike and Bob....I cannot say enough how GREAT my experience was dealing with you both in every step of purchasing the truck..The price I received for my trade and the purchase price of the truck was acceptable for us both.The customer service I received was A+.... I could go on and on about how awesome you guys were.....Folks out there looking to purchase a vehicle,take my advice and call MIKE MORTEZ or BOB BORMAN at ELKINS CHEVROLET to purchase your next vehicle and you too can drive away a satisfied customer..I did!!!! More

Lori Simpson was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very pleasant to work with, Joe Capra was creative working the numbers, very well presented for the customer looking to buy by payment. Bob Borman was persistent at attempting to sell add-on programs, he explained them thoroughly and was not offended when denied. All were very pleasant and made the entire process bearable. I have purchased several vehicles in my years and only one other time have I found a dealership that I would return to first when looking to make another purchase and Elkins is now one of them. It has been a long time since buying a car was an agreeable 5 hour process. More
