Lori Simpson was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very pleasant to work with, Joe Capra was creative working the numbers, very well presented for the customer looking to buy by payment. Bob Borman was persistent at attempting to sell add-on programs, he explained them thoroughly and was not offended when denied. All were very pleasant and made the entire process bearable. I have purchased several vehicles in my years and only one other time have I found a dealership that I would return to first when looking to make another purchase and Elkins is now one of them. It has been a long time since buying a car was an agreeable 5 hour process. More

I was looking for a new Truck, my Toyota Tacoma was a little too small and noticed that Chevy had some really nice incentives going on and a friend of mine had just purchased a 2013 Silverado from Elkins little too small and noticed that Chevy had some really nice incentives going on and a friend of mine had just purchased a 2013 Silverado from Elkins and recomended a sales person named Jeff. I pulled into Elkins Chevrolet late on a Saturday and Jeff Schor met me in the parking lot. I know, what a coincidence. Anyway, I told Jeff that we were looking and that my friend had recommended him and Elkins. I told Jeff that I just wanted to look today and would be back on Monday to pick a truck out if I could get a good deal. I arrived on Monday evening around 6pm, looked at some truck models and test drove one. I picked out a Mocha colored truck and while we were sitting going over the figures my wife said, "Mike, you do know that that truck is Brown, don't you?". I am a little color blind and thought that it was Grey. I told Jeff we had a problem!! I said that, I would really like a Silver truck like my last one. Jeff told me that he would do everything that he could to get me what I wanted, AND HE DID...He came back with a smile on his face and said I have one right here in the showroom. I went over looked at it and said SOLD. I don't know how, but my new Silver Silverado already had a tow package, pin stripes, and a bed liner which was just what I wanted. Jeff was able to give me a great deal on the truck that I wanted, and I even found that belonging to a Credit Union was a HUGE PLUS, which gave me another $2000 off and great financing, Gap Insurance, and a Warantee that Nick was able to match. Bob was able to give me a good price on my 2004 Toyota that we could both agree on. Jeff spent some time with us after the sale and showed us every feature of our new truck so that we could start using it right away. Over all this was my BEST dealer experience EVER. ONE OTHER THING - The following Monday I was having some accessories added to my truck at Elkins and noticed my old Toyota being given a thorough going over by the Elkin's service department and used car manager. I had some time and noticed that they really check a vehicle out before they sell it. Another Good thing about Elkin's. More
