This is our third New vehicle Purchase/lease from Elkins,in addition to three other leases at other dealerships,Elkins is by far the best Dealership we have delt with and we would always recommend Elkins to our Family and Friends! Last week, I visited Elkins Chevrolet with my heart set on a new Kia Optima I had seen the night before at my local Kia dealer. But having been a Chevy customer for the past 15 years and having previously on a new Kia Optima I had seen the night before at my local Kia dealer. But having been a Chevy customer for the past 15 years and having previously purchased two cars from salesperson Mike Montez, I thought I'd give him and Elkins a chance to persuade me into another Chevy. Upon entering the dealership, Mike warmly greeted me and showed me around. The dealership is pristine, open, and light, and the selection of vehicles on the floor was also impressive. Everyone I met at Elkins was not only courteous but made me feel at home--and I had a toddler with me, so that's no easy feat! Not once did I feel even the slightest bit pressured about the sale. Most importantly, the deal Mike came back to me with blew me away. Kia couldn't come close to matching the deal I got on my new Cruze. It means a lot to me to be able to trust the dealer with whom I'm working, and there isn't a dealer out there I trust more than Mike Montez. Mr. Elkins really has a great staff on hand--their friendly, funny, and laid back demeanors eased my mind as I made my purchase. Even my 3-year-old son had a good time! More

I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from this dealership and couldn't be happier. My salesman Steve was great, he helped me every step of the way and couldn't be a nicer guy. We leased a Chevy Malibu from this dealership. We went in with the intent of not leasing anything until we shopped around. Our salesman Kash Gill was spectacular. He was professional , courteous and worked very hard to get the car we wanted at a comfortable price for us. He was very knowledgable about the 2 vehicles that we test drove. Nothing was too much for him. We arrived at the dealership late, close to closing and he stayed with us to the end of the deal which was about 830pm. The sales manager Bob Borman was just as spectacular. He worked also very hard to please us and work out the numbers to satisfy our needs. Both were a pleasure to deal with. This was a" no pressure deal," and actually made car buying easy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I had to drive up to Elkins Chevrolet from Southern Maryland (210 miles one way) to purchase a F 350 Pick up they had for sale that not only I had not test driven yet but had not even seen the truck ex Maryland (210 miles one way) to purchase a F 350 Pick up they had for sale that not only I had not test driven yet but had not even seen the truck except for pictures. I will be truthful,I was a little skeptical. I leave Md. at 430 am to be sure I am there at 9 am when they open. Arrive at Elkins and walk in the front door and IMMEDIATELY I am greeted ,not pressured, by my salesman MIKE MONTEZ. whom I had been communicating with by email for a week and had never met him. Mike asked me how my drive up was and then offered me some coffee and off we were on a test drive while my trade in was being appraised. Returned to the dealership and had a few questions about the truck. All my questions were answered by Mike as well as DAVE WEINER (thanks again Dave)and then off we go to start with all the paperwork. Now its time to go in and finish up. I am then introduced to BOB BORMAN to go over all the financial papers and get me on the road back to Southern Maryland.... Mike and Bob....I cannot say enough how GREAT my experience was dealing with you both in every step of purchasing the truck..The price I received for my trade and the purchase price of the truck was acceptable for us both.The customer service I received was A+.... I could go on and on about how awesome you guys were.....Folks out there looking to purchase a vehicle,take my advice and call MIKE MORTEZ or BOB BORMAN at ELKINS CHEVROLET to purchase your next vehicle and you too can drive away a satisfied customer..I did!!!! More
