Best Dealership to Buy a Bolt From My thanks to Bill Wiler; Bob Borman; Lisa Hulmes; and Mike Bilbow for all of the help and patience they gave while helping me get my Bolt EV. Bill My thanks to Bill Wiler; Bob Borman; Lisa Hulmes; and Mike Bilbow for all of the help and patience they gave while helping me get my Bolt EV. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable regarding electric vehicles and hybrids, and patiently explained the ins-and-outs of those cars. He also was beyond understanding with me, as this was my first car purchase in over 17 years. I would definitely work with him again. Mike gave me a highly detailed tutorial of the various features on the Bolt, answering every question I had with enthusiasm. Lisa and Bob also were incredibly friendly and courteous. Could not have felt more at ease. Elkins and their staff went well above-and-beyond, and I highly recommend anyone interested in a hybrid or electric vehicle stop in and talk to them. More

The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful with any questions we had from the time we walked in to the time we made our purchase. I will recommend Elkins to everyone.
