He invited my wife and I in and began to settle my anxiety and concerns. Boris is very knowledgeable about his product and I appreciated getting all my questions asked about the car specs. and warranties. I took a test ride and Boris said take as much time as you need. He took me step by step thru the buying process. At my age I been to many dealerships to buy cars and in my experience they are the most professional, courteous and friendly people I have encountered. I also met Lisa, Bob and Adam and appreciated their help with the purchase. I will be back to by in December to buy my company car from Boris. I love my Camaro SS2 Convertible. He listened to my needs and concerns and next thing I know I'm rolling off the lot with a new 2017 Silverado and a great deal!!! After working in the auto industry, I have dealt with a lot of sales and service outfits. Hands down the best dealer, Elkins is doing something right! No stress or pressure during the entire process. I felt like my time and happiness was their utmost priority. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. Sale of vehicle and extras requested I found the sales person very knowledgeable and helpful and wanted to sell me a vehicle that met my needs and wants at the right price. The financial person Mike Berg was very helpful and was able to get me to where I needed to be and tried to accommodate my needs to the fullest Bob the person who had me sign the paperwork was ok but not as helpful as soon as I stated I did not want any extras warranties or coverage of any type When asked him about the two extra oil changes I wanted with the vehicle which I had asked for from the beginning he stated well you don't want anything I offered so we aren't giving anything extra I had asked if a roof panel bag came with the vehicle sales person stated he would check into it and it was later I found out it did not come with the vehicle. The purchase of a vehicle at the price of the caliber should come with the vehicle or when asked should be offered to the customer for free or cost. I have gotten more extras when purchasing a Nissan without question from sales person or manager without even hesitating Respectfully Rich Sweeney More

I've seen Todd around the dealership during other visits and this time I jokingly asked him If I could leave my white vette in the service garage and leave with the show room stingray. Without hesitation he said "sure, lets make it happen, come take a seat for a moment." Who knew I'd never see the white corvette I brought in for a simple service visit which by the way, as always was a very pleasurable check-in experience. I'm not sure how he was able to hit my target number and get me in and out of the dealership in only a couple hours but he made it happen, as promised. From the very start he told me the absolute best finance numbers I was able to get with my trade-in. I was very comfortable with the new payment especially after he linked me up with an insurance agency who saved me tremendously on my annual coverage. I now own one of my dream cars and Todd and the Elkins Crew made it happen. It's nice knowing I have my goto salesman forever . I appreciate being taken care of and now hounded at the door like I am at other dealerships. If you are not loyal to a sales professional at Elkins chevy, there's absolutely no reason not to work with the best. Ask for Todd. More
