Kyle's pleasantly persistent follow up and responsiveness, combined with Sunnyside's fair pricing and trade valuation made our experience with them very pleasant. On a side note, it became apparent that many dealers are spending a lot of money on their web presence and internet marketing, but very few of them have any idea how to treat internet leads, let alone convert them into customers. I called on Monday asking him to see if he could find what I needed and work numbers. He had the information and car for me the following day. He completely understood my needs. We applied for financing and came to sign and take the car on Thursday. He is a really nice saleman with great sales skills, but mostly people skills. He is intuitive, respectful, and knowledgeable. When my lease is up in 2017, I will be back for a new one. Bob was great at expediting the finance portion while still touching on all points and requirements, Sunnyside is great to work with if you have not so perfect credit, and they will do their best to get you into the car you need at the lowest price.
