Extremely happy. I have been more than pleased with all of our vehicles we have purchased from Kevin and Sunnyside Chevy. Growing up, my family was in the auto industry, and Kevin and Sunnyside do business the way we used to. Treat customers with respect, and treat them even better after the purchase than during the purchase. The Sunnyside dealership is great, Kevin is honest and treats his customers as extended family members. Bob in finance is great, and the service department is top knotch too. Excellent Customer Service I went to Sunnyside with the intent to buy this Buick Regal GS and trade in my car. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the car was par I went to Sunnyside with the intent to buy this Buick Regal GS and trade in my car. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the car was parked out front ready for me to view. The car was in excellent, clean condition and we went for a test drive. I loved the car and we made a deal very quickly and got the ball rolling. Unfortunately, due to an insurance mishap (on my part) I could not drive the car home that day. Regardless, Rick sent me to Bob and we got all the paperwork settled. Then they told me they'd meet me in the city I worked and we could exchange cars the next day when I got the insurance issue handled. So they had their driver drive the car to me and we exchanged in the city I work in 2.5 hours away from the dealership! Matt had ensured me they'd have it to me the next day at a specific time and they hit it right on the money. Excellent customer service. They even told me that my backup key fob was non-functioning at the time of the exchange but have promised to replace it for me. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Sunnyside and feel confident about my purchase. More

I was just browsing the Sunny Side website and came across the 2014 Chevy Traverse. I then went to see how much my 2011 Jeep Liberty was worth to trade it in. This put me in contact with Matt Smolik. W across the 2014 Chevy Traverse. I then went to see how much my 2011 Jeep Liberty was worth to trade it in. This put me in contact with Matt Smolik. Whom then introduced me to Rick Belsito. Rick and I spoke mainly through email for about a week trying to figure it all out. I wanted to make sure I had it all squared away before showing it to my husband. Once that was done and my husband spoke with Rick and Paul Scherzer to discuss all the financing. When the payment was where we needed it to be we came in and met with Bob Capri to sign all the paperwork!! I now have a new, safer, bigger vehicle all thanks to everyone whom helped us at Sunny Side to make this happen. :) Thank you all for everything. Rick I will be sending more business your way soon! I went to this dealership because I wanted a GM product. I have mostly owned GM automobiles and my father was a GM worker. I was very Pleased to find all the staff members there to be friendly, and explaine I have mostly owned GM automobiles and my father was a GM worker. I was very Pleased to find all the staff members there to be friendly, and explained the leasing process to me as I have never leased before. I also had a bed liner put in my truck and the parts department was very helpful Via phone when I called to check on availability. The service department explained to me how long the bedliner would take to install and were very friendly as well thanks for making this a pleasent experience all around. Mark Moore More
