We had a no hassle experience when shopping for our new Traverse. We never felt pressured to buy or make a quick decision. not feeling pressured was important to us. David Scott worked hard finding the perfect one for me! From the start he wanted to see what rebates or incentives we were eligible for. I had to wait a few days to get it because it was out of town, but it was worth the wait! My Traverse had everything i wanted in it, with nothing extra that i didnt want to pay for. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming! We look forward to our continuing relationship with Sunnyside Chevrolet. Bob Capri was knowledgable and answered all of our questions when it came to the financial portion of our purchase. More

We were greeted by Bob Capri who introduced us to Mike Foley. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did their best to make us feel comfortable, and to find the car we were interested i Foley. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable, and did their best to make us feel comfortable, and to find the car we were interested in, with the interior, outside color that we wanted, plus the features we felt were necessary. We picked up the car the next day, and so far it has been a joy for us to drive. Mike carefully explained the features while reassuring us that he would be available anytime to go over anything we didn't remember. I have called him twice with questions I had not thought to ask, and he has been most accommodating. They both made us feel welcome and 'part of the Chevy family'. They are indeed an asset to your dealership. Good job! By the way, we have been buying our cars at this dealership starting with when it was Prout Chevrolet. Your service department has been the only place our cars have been serviced - for that many years. More

Hands down Mike Foley made the buying process easy and worthwhile. I cringe at the thought of a dealership. But now I know where the first place I will go to buy any and all vehicles. We were very pleased with the purchase of our new 2013 malibu! We recieved excellant service from both Rick and Bob. We expressed our interest in what we wanted and they worked off what we said. It was a pleasure to not have to deal with pushy sales people. I felt our experience was very pleasurable and hassel free and felt like they knew us forever. RICK TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO SHOW US AROUND AND EVEN SHOW US ALL THE EXTRAS WITH OUR CAR!. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE FORSURE. Bob capri took the extra time with us where we needed it as far as the financing end of it. For this I look forward to making future deals at sunnyside. Its just the beginning of our friendship with them. This is our home for future vehicle purchases and service for our new car! More

He knew exactly what I could afford, and didn’t go crazy trying to get me into a car way over my head. I know he’s been around forever, and I’m sure Fred Flintstone was his first sale, but this man is good, and knows what he’s doing. I will recommend him to people I know looking for cars. Bob Capri, the finance guy, was fantastic. He explained everything, answered every question, and made sure I understood what I was getting, costs, everything. Your service department is great. I received excellent customer service, and the service manager is a good guy. I’ve never been to Sunnyside before, but it’s the only place I’ll get a car from in the future. More
