Bob Cerza was amazing to work with- he was able to answer all of my questions but was honest and didn’t try to oversell. I was not rushed - he gave me as much time as I needed. I must say the process from start to finish was seamless and much less time consuming than at other dealers. Also Henry in the tech department and the second Henry in the finance department were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are purchasing a Volvo but this particular dealership is out of your way, I would still go to Smythe in Summit over another. More
