Usually leasing/buying a car has been a stressful experience with lots of sales pitches and pushing. Our experience with Smythe Volvo and Bob Cerza was amazing! Not only we were treated with kindne experience with lots of sales pitches and pushing. Our experience with Smythe Volvo and Bob Cerza was amazing! Not only we were treated with kindness, Bob lead us to a deal that allowed us to drive a car we have wanted for a long time. Bob was professional, followed up with emails, met us upon arrival to pick up the car, and even stood by patiently when I experienced some technical issues uploading and logging into the Volvo app on my phone. I felt like I had known him for years and he was really taking care of us. The other people that were wonderful were Francine O'Donnell (we loved that we shared the same last name) and Jeffrey Morocho. Francine helped us with all the paperwork and financing while Jeffrey showed us all the bells and whistles in the Volvo. Thank you also to the sweet receptionist who greeted us. I could not recommend the Smythe Volvo staff anymore, truly special! More
