This was my first time leasing a car and after hearing so many bad stories from different people about their experiences at dealerships, I didn't know what to expect from Smythe. Fortunately, from the moment I set foot at their place until I left, everybody made me feel super comfortable. No hassle at all. I especially want to thank Bob Cerza for taking the time to go over every single detail, answering every single question I had and for being so transparent. And a big shout out to Tom that, even though there was a a big deal of people picking up the car behind me, he was extremely patient and explained every single one of the car's features in detail. Thank you very much to everybody at Smythe from the ladies at the front desk to all the sales consultants that are constantly asking you if there's anything they could do for you and offering something to eat or drink.
