We have dealt with the first-class Smythe Volvo for years and would never go anywhere else. This visit was to buy out my lease and purchase my 2018 XC60 (I would have leased again but Volvo has discontinued and would never go anywhere else. Bob Cerza made everything so straightforward and stress free...he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Also, a shout out to Ernest Gomez in Finance who made a confusing (to me) process go so smoothly and stress free.
