His guidance and trust was key, I truly felt comfortable dealing with Bob because his professionalism and personality allowed us to relax and make decisions perfectly. The finance guy, though, could have been a bit more relaxed. The finance department is clearly knowledgeable but should filter themselves a bit more. Just a minor criticism of the finance side. The sales side is perfect though, and Bob knew how to talk with everyone. Robert was very helpful too. Thanks! More

Unlike other dealerships we visited, when we arrived the cars we wanted to test drive were ready for us. When the one we were most interested in had a faulty sensor that beeped every time we tried to start the test drive, the team had it fixed extremely quickly and we ended up choosing that exact car. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. At one point I watched a family arrive who had clearly been there before, because their salesperson greeted the kids by name - that really impressed me. This is a nice place with nice people selling really nice cars! We worked with several specific people who I would like to give a shoutout to: Philip Drogon was quick to respond to our emails about specific cars, helped us set up a test drive appointment, and was a friendly face to greet us when we arrived. Bob Cerza worked with us directly and was an absolute joy to work with throughout the process. He got us quickly into the car we were interested in, gave us a ton of useful information, was transparent and upfront about pricing, and also was just a great person to get to know and chat with when we had to wait at various points in the buying process. We also worked with Kevin Flanagan, and another man named Kevin in that department, to complete the financial details and paperwork, and both of them were so friendly and helped us understand everything we were signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they were absolutely worth the extra drive from Brooklyn. We have our new car now and couldn't be happier with it. Bob Cerza went above and beyond to make the sale quick and easy. He also made sure service knew a 17 year old would be driving it and to pay extra attention to the few repairs that needed to be done so the car was safe and in great working condition. Andreas and everyone that works with him did a fantastic job of cleaning and detailing the car. It looks like new! We were very impressed with our entire experience at Smythe and will definitely be buying cars from them in the future! More
