I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. I left messages regarding questions I had, but I did not receive a return call. At the time of sale, the sa vehicle purchase from your dealership. I left messages regarding questions I had, but I did not receive a return call. At the time of sale, the salesperson informed me that a slight noise in the car was due to the air conditioning vent. However, it turns out the issue was something else entirely. I called and reported this problem before my 30-day warranty expired, yet no one contacted me to address the matter. More

He had sold me a car a few years back and I knew when I went back to buy a 2025 XC40 that I definitely would cho My salesman, Bob Cerza, is the best. He had sold me a car a few years back and I knew when I went back to buy a 2025 XC40 that I definitely would choose Bob to help me. Again, he did not disappoint me in truly finding my perfect car. He went above and beyond. I also must mention Jay Shabazz….he was so patient teaching me about the technology in the car. So much different from my 2013 that I traded in..
