Four and a half hours is a long time to be at the dealer. I bought my other 2008 Volvo XC90 at Bridgewater Volvo. Total time one hour and a half from test ride to paperwork. Second, PC used in sale was constantly updating and the salesmen should of went to another PC more quickly to process his paperwork. We sat their for hours which is not fair to the customer Connection problem at dealer that also delayed the purchase of the vehicle. I can not give an outstanding review when at explained above is not warranted.. It is understandable that problem happen but we have a business to and customer service satisfaction is on top of the list. I this Smythe Volvo needs to address this situation for the furture. More
