Service Visit Resulted In Leasing My New XC60 Inscription I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years sin I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years since I purchased my XC90 and all the staff was new. Initially I felt passed around, almost as if no one wanted to assist me. I was eventually assigned to Bob Cerza who sensed my discomfort and proceeded to explain the Volvo process to me. Bob advised that at Volvo they try to keep the customer with the same sales rep for the customer's convenience and since my sales rep was no longer available, I was assisted by Bob. At that point, I felt so much better. Needless to say, Bob was amazing. He has years of experience, he made me feel so comfortable and made it clear that there was no stress or pressure and he would move at my pace. He also has a great sense of humor. After several hours and a test drive I leased my new XC60. Thanks Bob for your professionalism and I will be back for a refresher course on how everything works. More

I have had a bad back and Traveling in a car for any length of time has been a problem until we rented the Volvo. It was awesome. Upon returning to NJ we stopped in at Smythe Volvo even though we really weren't car shopping. My car only had 47,000 miles on it. Bob Cerza was very helpful at the dealership but he wasn't pushy. When we found out how affordable it would be to trade my car in and lease a V60 platinum, we decided to go for it. I picked up my new car yesterday. No hassles and easy. Great experience. More
