I have had a bad back and Traveling in a car for any length of time has been a problem until we rented the Volvo. It was awesome. Upon returning to NJ we stopped in at Smythe Volvo even though we really weren't car shopping. My car only had 47,000 miles on it. Bob Cerza was very helpful at the dealership but he wasn't pushy. When we found out how affordable it would be to trade my car in and lease a V60 platinum, we decided to go for it. I picked up my new car yesterday. No hassles and easy. Great experience. More

Hats off to Kim who was very helpful and followed up on an earlier visit which enabled me to kick-start the process. Kevin the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with as I had first spoken to him on my first visit and on subsequent visits. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase/lease a Volvo to go to this dealership as the family atmosphere is genuine and the service is excellent.
