Excellent Service and Dealership! I had excellent overall experience with the Smythe Dealership, everyone I interacted with was welcoming and attentive to the customer experience. Bob I had excellent overall experience with the Smythe Dealership, everyone I interacted with was welcoming and attentive to the customer experience. Bob was very helpful throughout the process and was able to assist in making my final vehicle option decision. He was very knowledgeable and was truly helpful throughout the entire process. Hats off to Kim who was very helpful and followed up on an earlier visit which enabled me to kick-start the process. Kevin the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to work with as I had first spoken to him on my first visit and on subsequent visits. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase/lease a Volvo to go to this dealership as the family atmosphere is genuine and the service is excellent. My wife was also extremely pleased with the customer service. Keep it up! More
