I worked with Bob Dedert in purchasing my 2011 CPO BMW 550ix. He set my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable not only with this particular vehicle, he sold it new, but with BMW's overall. After much trepidation I purchased the vehicle without physically seeing the car or driving it. When it arrived at my door about 10 days after finalizing all the paperwork, I realized I had made a fantastic decision. Purchase of dream car I was in the market for a gently used/possiblynew luxury car, initally leaning towards the Volvo XC90. I dropped in to Autohaus because the X5 had ca I was in the market for a gently used/possiblynew luxury car, initally leaning towards the Volvo XC90. I dropped in to Autohaus because the X5 had caught my eye, and was introduced to Bob Dedert. He immediately understood my goals and pricing limitations and worked very hard (and very quickly) to find me viable options. Sadly, but not surprising, a low mileage preowned that I was looking at sold before I had made my final decision...but it confirmed the X5 was the direction I wanted to go and Bob was able to work with me to find a pricing option that allowed me to purchase my dream car, a new 2014 X5. Throughout the entire process Bob was courteous and friendly, detailed without being overbearing or high-pressure, and extremely efficient. His interpersonal communications, and follow up mostly via email which is so convenient for me, exceeded my expectations. I am ecstatic to be driving this car, and extremely pleased with the overall experience from first step in the door at Autohaus until delivery. More

This past summer I purchased two BMW's from Bob. The first one was totaled after just 7 days (it was not my fault). I found him to be extremely friendly and he possesses strong interpersonal skills. I also want to commend Bob for his extended customer service. He actually came to my house to set/link my garage door opener w/ my car that I was having trouble with. I truly appreciated that he would do this for a customer. After four months of dealing with a problem our 2013 BMW X3 was having at another dealer, we were referred to Autohaus BMW. That referral turned out to be the best thing since purchasing our X3. After determining that our vehicle could not be fixed, we were then referred to Mr Bob Dedert to facilitate a Trade Assist. From beginning to the end of that process, Bob made sure that we were kept well informed of every aspect of it. His attention to detail made us know how dedicated he is to what he does and showed us through him that BMW is dedicated to the people that buy their cars. There was no question that he couldn't answer. He made us feel so comfortable about and throughout the process since it was brand new for us. Now that we are also servicing our 2008 535i at Autohaus, the overall experience of being at another dealer has truly put Autohaus above the rest.
