Internet Sale Purchase Bob Dedert was my sales consultant which answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of the process. This was my first time making a Bob Dedert was my sales consultant which answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of the process. This was my first time making an Internet purchase, but the team at AutoHaus assured me that every CPO has gone through their 100% inspection and that they had the original document to prove it. I flew into the airport and asked to be picked up. Bob picked me up and greeted me with a smile. Bob explained the options in the 2014 vehicle as he transported me to the dealership even though my purchase was a 2011 535i Xdrive. I was blown away with the professionalism of the team. All of the programs offered at financing were more of an awareness instead of a must purchase. When traveling home in which I had a 5 hour drive, Bob called me to verify everything was ok and if I had any other questions. Overall, my experience with AutoHaus BMW was awesome!!!!
