I was with the understanding that my oil changes where free since I bought the Highlander there. I was charged over $100.00 for the last oil change. I was able to order my truck and it arrived within just a couple of months! It was the easiest purchase I have ever made. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he found out for me, rather than just brush it off. He was very professional and not pushy at all. Just a great experience all around! We are still ironing out an issue with the front camera, but they have my back on it! More
