I can't say enough about dealing with Bob Fahey. He takes the time to listen to you while explaining your vehicle issues and then tells you the outcome. I was looking for a used certified car in the internet (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I talk to Mike (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I talk to Mike Lannan and ED Shine about my trade and the 2007 Buick Lacross that I saw in their web sight. They told me that this car is GM certified and has been inspected by certified and trained mechanic. I also talk to Peter Fisher who was in the business office and go me finance with no problems. I bought the car the next day and the car was brand new condition. I also met Bob Fahey who is the service director of the dealership and told if any problems with car to see him in person. So that what I call Old fashion and personal service. Lannan Chevrolet will be my dealership for parts, sales, and service from present and future. After checking out my car on a Saturday and verifying they would need to order an out-of-stock part, I was able to come in right away after the part came in. The only hiccup was that we had to play phone they would need to order an out-of-stock part, I was able to come in right away after the part came in. The only hiccup was that we had to play phone tag for a little while before I could reach the associate that I'd spoken with earlier. However, once we finally got in touch, he had me in and out in a hurry. I thought that the associate was very open and helpful, and I will definitely come here for service again. More

When I bring in my Chevy Tahoe for service the staff is always professional and friendly. The service is timely and if a problem is to arise, either Bob or Frank will notify me and supply me with all the i always professional and friendly. Took care of our warranty issue quickly and without question. We got a call the next morning that our car was ready to pickup, with the bad weather we were having the dealer was flexible about pickup question. Saturday service is hard enough to find it is great to find one that is open til 3:30. They fellover backwards to get me in and let me know when it was ready and waited for me to get there.
