Very bad experience with customer service. No value for the customer. Direct of customer relation need huge training for how to take care customer problems or satisfaction. My friend bought a 2015 Toyota from this dealer and in approximately 3 weeks later every time it rained water started coming through the roof into the car damaging my seats . Soon after i took my car back approximately 3 weeks later every time it rained water started coming through the roof into the car damaging my seats . Soon after i took my car back to the dealership to complained and fix the problem.The dealership open up the inside of my car and uninstalled the soon roof, Did a check up and put the pieces back together and stated the problem was fixed. 3 Days later it rained and the same problem happened. I called the dealership and complained and they tried to charge me money to do another check up. Very bad experience with this dealer i will look for 3rd party help this dealer is not trusted. More
