I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. He went out of his way to make the experience go smoothly. He even came by my house for some paperwork when I was stuck there with 3 sick kids. He also went above and beyond to secure my breast cancer lic plate which was extremely important to me. At a previous dealership, I was treated like a 2nd class citizen because my credit was not stellar - at Toyota in Braintree that was not the case and they worked with me to make sure I was put in the vehicle of my dreams with all the bells and whistles at a price that I was comfortable with. When I arrived at the dealership (and what a gorgeous one it is), I was greeted warmly and was introduced to Tony Depina. Tony was great! A+ Salesperson. He is knowledgeable about Toyota products, personable, and did not pressure me at all. He answered all of my questions and concerns. His attitude throughout the whole experience was "we are going to do whatever makes you happy". And he did. I felt I received a great deal, great service, and a great car! I also would like to thank John Celesk, the business manager. I had never done a lease before and he went over everything in detail. My salesman Eduardo, was friendly and professional, told me that Tufankjian operates and negotiates openly by fully disclosing everything. Carlos, the sales manager, reiterated that point after I received their offer. I was surprised how true this was, I was shown all the relevant pricing information about the car and my trade, so we reached a deal within a few minutes. The deal was so good I could not refuse it. After we had a deal, Eduardo completed the sale and we set up a delivery date for a few days later. Then the finance manager Arther quickly set me up with a great financing deal. I picked up my car and I could not have been happier with the experience. I highly recommend buying cars from Tufankjian, due to their professionalism, open disclosure policy and no pressure attitude. More
