I recently was in the market for a new car, and a friend of mine recommended Toyota of Braintree, where he had just purchased a new car. I went there anticipating the usual hassles associated with buying a of mine recommended Toyota of Braintree, where he had just purchased a new car. I went there anticipating the usual hassles associated with buying a car, e.g., extended haggling over the price, pressure to get add-on accessories, and other assorted headache-inducing events. Much to my surprise, none of this occurred! I dealt with Brian Mcgrath, who was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in working with me to close the deal. Brian made my car-buying experience a pleasure - as did Bob Hadges, who I initially talked to about locating the car (model and color) I wanted. I have nothing but good things to say about my car-buying experience at Toyota of Braintree. More

I recently bought my very first Toyota. I ended up at Toyota of Braintree after a very bad experience at another local dealer. I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to make the experience go smoothly. He even came by my house for some paperwork when I was stuck there with 3 sick kids. He also went above and beyond to secure my breast cancer lic plate which was extremely important to me. At a previous dealership, I was treated like a 2nd class citizen because my credit was not stellar - at Toyota in Braintree that was not the case and they worked with me to make sure I was put in the vehicle of my dreams with all the bells and whistles at a price that I was comfortable with. Even the time I spent in the finance office was pleasant - no pressure. I like to deal with up-front and honest people and that is exactly what I found at Toyota in Braintree. I am very happy! I More

I came to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree via the internet after searching for a RAV4 and getting nowhere with my local dealers. I was first contacted by Bob Hadges who was thorough and quick in his communication. He provided me with all the necessary information and pricing on the car that was a match for me. I told him that I would drive up from the Cape to take a test drive the next day. He said he would arrange to have a salesperson show me the car. When I arrived at the dealership (and what a gorgeous one it is), I was greeted warmly and was introduced to Tony Depina. Tony was great! A+ Salesperson. He is knowledgeable about Toyota products, personable, and did not pressure me at all. He answered all of my questions and concerns. His attitude throughout the whole experience was "we are going to do whatever makes you happy". And he did. I felt I received a great deal, great service, and a great car! I also would like to thank John Celesk, the business manager. I had never done a lease before and he went over everything in detail. All in all, purchasing a car from Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was a seamless, enjoyable experience thanks to the great team of people they have. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with them! More

He was the first car salesman I didn't despise when I left the dealership! He was so nice and worked with my needs until he found me the perfect camry for the perfect price. I would recommend him to anyone due to his sincerity and expertise. We ran across a couple issues in the process but he made it all possible and I drove off happy in a nice, safe, beautiful camry! More

I came to Tufankjian to look at a used and possibly a new Camry, after having two good phone conversations with Bob Hadges. I brought a folder of research with me including market pricing, invoice pricing, Camry, after having two good phone conversations with Bob Hadges. I brought a folder of research with me including market pricing, invoice pricing, etc. After taking me on a test drive, I found I loved the 3.5L V6 Camry. My salesman Eduardo, was friendly and professional, told me that Tufankjian operates and negotiates openly by fully disclosing everything. Carlos, the sales manager, reiterated that point after I received their offer. I was surprised how true this was, I was shown all the relevant pricing information about the car and my trade, so we reached a deal within a few minutes. The deal was so good I could not refuse it. After we had a deal, Eduardo completed the sale and we set up a delivery date for a few days later. Then the finance manager Arther quickly set me up with a great financing deal. I picked up my car and I could not have been happier with the experience. I highly recommend buying cars from Tufankjian, due to their professionalism, open disclosure policy and no pressure attitude. More

Gail and Bob Hadges at Braintree Toyota were awesome! Very friendly and without pressuring me at all. Bob was in touch with me beforehand by email about all of my concerns and needs regarding buying a new Toyota Rav4...What a great guy...definitely get in touch with Bob Hadges beforehand! He made sure that I had all the info in advance and arranged for me to meet with Gail, the sales associate. I cannot say enough good things about Gail and Bob. Gail listened to my wish list and helped me to negotiate a really excellent deal...I was able to get a much better version of the Rav4 for a lower price than I thought possible thanks to Gail.... I had already done my homework, and knew what a good price would be. Gail is extremely personable, and a very good listener...I felt like she really cared about what was best for me in this endeavor...She made me feel relaxed... Instead of being pressured, it was very pleasant. John Celesk in Finance worked with me on the financial details, and was also very friendly and very helpful. After this terrific experience, I would never consider going anywhere else to buy a new car. The folks at Toyota Braintree are the BEST! More

I just bought a new Scion XB at Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree and had a great experience!!! I am in the business of creating positive consumer experiences myself and it was refreshing to be treated of Braintree and had a great experience!!! I am in the business of creating positive consumer experiences myself and it was refreshing to be treated the same way by Bob Hadges, Manuel Javier, Jessica Reed and Mike Hankes. Truly a sales team that cared about me as a person and in my long term needs in a vehicle. I truly believe the experience starts before you walk through door. My experience began with a phone call and I was warmly greeted via telly by Bob Hadges just as friendly as if I were standing in the showroom, he was extremely knowledgeable about Scions and really made me excited about the possible purchase. Next Bob set up a same day appointment and had someone assigned to me as soon as I walked in the door. This is where I met my sales rep, Manuel Rivera. Manuel was knowledgable, professional and polite beyond belief! He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and kept asking if there was any further information that I needed on the vehicle; very attentive and geniune (hard to find in sales).By the time I fell in love with the Scion, Manuel introduced me to Mike Hankes, a sales manager who really took the time to get to know me better and truly made me feel comfortable and confident about my prospective vehicle, he clearly explained the features and benefits of the vehicle and made me even more confident about the Scion value. Mike explained the next steps and I was then introduced to Jessica Reed, probably one of the most sincere, caring and enthusiastic Finance Manager's I have ever met. Jessica rocks, she was professional, courteous and worked very hard to present me with a solid deal within my range. She had tremdously follow-up and follow through and ultimately having Jessica in my corner really sealed the deal for me; she kept me motivated and informed every step of the way!!!It was wonderful dealing with competent professionals that really do value the consumer experience and take pride in the Toyota brand, far beyond the sales floor. I walked into this dealership knowing that I had to find a way to get myself and my daughter into new cars, as both of our cars were 11 years old. To say I was nervous, and a little worried is putting it m a way to get myself and my daughter into new cars, as both of our cars were 11 years old. To say I was nervous, and a little worried is putting it mildly. But from the moment we arrived, we were greeted promptly, and everyone was ready to help. Bob Hadges got the process started and then we met Benson. Benson was very positive and very encouraging, and he took us through the process, explaining everything he was doing as we went. I began to get excited, and very hopeful, that we were going to be able to come to an agreement and that both my daughter and myself would be able to get into new cars. Tonight we drove away in a new Rav4 and a new Corolla, and we just couldn't be happier. It has been a long time since we have been able to drive such beautiful cars, and Benson and Toyota of Braintree made it all possible. We are very grateful and would recommend Toyota of Braintree, and Benson, to anyone who asks where to go to buy a Toyota. Thank you, thank you to everyone. More

My boyfriend and I wanted to trade our camery in for a prius and we had been two other dealership neither dealership could help but braintree. My boyfriend call and explained our stitution and then a day later they called us again and they called again. My boyfriend spoke to Bob who was excellent and very nice. He returned our phone calls and be exactly what we wanted. We went to the dealership right after work and met with Bob and Sam who again were very nice. Sam the sales guy took us to the third floor to pick our car out. We took the car for a ride. When we got back we spoke to Walace ( the financial director) hecwas also excellent and explained everything in detail to us. I have to say that my experience at Braintree was very excellent and would go there again for anything. More
