My name is Bob Havey, and my level of service to my clients only starts with the first car I assist you with. In my 21 years in the car business, I have sold several different makes and find Lexus to be the best. I have attended over 50 Lexus and Toyota classes, which is 160 hours of training, to keep me Master Certified in sales. Born and raised in Vermont, I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vermont Tech and have been a Hybrid Specialist for Lexus and Toyota, since the first Toyota hybrids came to the U.S. in 1999. My wife Joan is a Columbus native, which is why in 2004 we chose to leave Vermont and venture back to Columbus. Joan and I have four children and three grandchildren. Joan works for Ohio State and we are huge Buckeye fans! The Germain family and I make a good match, with integrity and honesty being our first priority. I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB. More

I travelled 500+ miles to make this purchase from Germain and would consider doing it again due to the customer service and teamwork from the entire staff. They accommodated my unannounced early arrival to pick up the vehicle without hesitation. I even received a call from Bob from his vacation the day after I picked up the vehicle, as he was on vacation the day I took delivery, to ensure the pick up went well and to thank me again. Great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Bob Havey with the highest regard. Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. More

Great experience with Germain Lexus I walked into the dealership looking for a new Lexus RX for my wife for Christmas. The store had officially just closed, but the salesman I met, Bob I walked into the dealership looking for a new Lexus RX for my wife for Christmas. The store had officially just closed, but the salesman I met, Bob Havey, was glad to serve me nonetheless. He is a true professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Bob bent over backward to help find the right vehicle for my wife and worked closely with Aso Danso the sales manager to get a good deal that worked for all of us. Aso was also very good to work with, very professional, smart, friendly. Since I wasn't totally sure about the color... we did the deal and he gave me a list of all the color combinations. I simply wrapped up an RX book and put it under the tree so she could pick her own colors. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, the entire staff was very courteous and friendly - from the finance manager to the tech guy who trains how to use all the bells and whistles. A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Easton and Bob Havey. More
