Brad Erie in finance also did a great job- super organized and efficient. The vehicle had a small needed repair that was agreed to at at point-of-sale. Service dept' didn't do a great job with communicating service delays (hence the 4-stars), but the quality of work is top notch. Nonetheless, Bob did an excellent job keeping us in-the-loop and made sure we were fully satisfied (hence back to 5-star). I'd feel very comfortable buying from Lexus of Brookfield and Bob Hill again! More

About Bob: Five stars - I called before arriving and Bob met me at the door. Bob was very easy to work with, personable and very pleasant. About Lexus of Brookfield: 3 stars - I get it was a busy Saturday and that they had many customers purchasing but we had to wait longer than expected. We were there for almost four hours and wrote a check so a faster transaction than financing. Nice facility but a little underwhelming compared to some other dealers. I'd expect a luxury car dealer to have a better lounge area. I did not trade in my car but was curious as to what ballpark they'd give on trade. Coming from an hour away I didn't want to bring it if I didn't have to. I was told that they'd text me to get the VIN, which didn't happen. I called back. I was told I would get a call back but I ended up having to call again. I ended up calling a at least three times. More
