I went to Lexus of Brookfield to shop for my second Lexus trading in my 2017 NX 350H. My experience with Bob (Bert ;-) Hill was great. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the Lexus TX, answering all my questions without any pressure. The process was transparent, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable—something many do not say about car shopping! Bob made me feel valued as a customer, and his enthusiasm for the brand was contagious. I highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield and look forward to my next purchase in another 9 years. More
