I'm on my second Kia from this dealership. The first one the dropped off the rack while changing the oil, and had to fix the damage, the second and current had warranty things that I had to argue to get fix the dropped off the rack while changing the oil, and had to fix the damage, the second and current had warranty things that I had to argue to get fixed, and they wrecked this one too. When I went to sales to check on upgrading after they said I had all this equity, they tried to low-ball me. It's a bait and switch game. Their inventory isn't current on the website, and they are only interested in what they line their pockets with. I gave it a shot, but I'm done with Kia. More

This Service Dept SUCKS!!!!1) I had a notice from KIA This Service Dept SUCKS!!!! 1) I had a notice from KIA about a Service Campaign/Recall. They told me I had already had the item replaced. I hadn’t!! This Service Dept SUCKS!!!! 1) I had a notice from KIA about a Service Campaign/Recall. They told me I had already had the item replaced. I hadn’t!! Then at the end of my service they tried to upswell me on that very work! 2) They charged me for “wheel weights” and for “disposal of 2 tires.” No tire work was performed! 3) No MPI (Multi Point Inspection) was ever presented to me. At the Cashier desk I asked the Advisor and she said she’d see if one was done and if she could even print it out. 15 minutes she brought it to me. Now remember, I’m at the Cashier preparing to leave … there were items on there that I would have had fixed. “3 lights were out,” new “cabin filter” needed, new “engine filter” needed, among several other things engine & transmission relayed. NONE of this was relayed to me beforehand. Had I not insisted on getting a copy of the MPI I would not have know about this. 4) My clock was changed by 2 hours and my Trip-o meter was reset. 5) They washed my car (the wheels looked great!) but they didn’t touch the windshield. The exterior windshield was filthy!! 6) I had a “spit cup” in my console. While driving home I reached for the cup and it was wet on the exterior and part of my console was wet too. I followed the trail and found it had been spilled onto my passenger seat and covered by my coat. I understand an “accident” can happen but TELL ME IT HAPPENED. I would have cleaned it up if you didn’t want to. But HOW did the cup get out of the holder, spill into the seat, and then back into the console?? More

Under recall to replace the motor which they assured me would be a one day job. I’m going on 3 weeks with no car, no loaner and unhelpful service reps. Service sucked I dropped my car off at 745 am for a oil change didn't get my car back til 3pm they never went over what they did with my car when I went to pick it up two girls sat at the service desk and change didn't get my car back til 3pm they never went over what they did with my car when I went to pick it up two girls sat at the service desk and just pointed to the direction where the car was at they were to busy talking bout the conversation they were having vs helping a customer ... my sticker on my car for recommended time to bring in my car for the next oil change says 73k miles my car is at 76k miles already .. More

If service is important to you avoid this dealer. My vehicle is under warranty and leaking transmission fluid. It is Nov. 24 and I was told they could fit me in around the 2nd week of January. Hope you can wait at least 6 to 8 weeks. I like the car but service sis about as bad as it gets. I'll never buy another vehicle at Kia Autosport of Pensacola. More

I had a check engine light on and was greeted with a warm smile and Mike told me not to worry. They gave me a ride home, then called me a couple hours later telling me that they would have to keep the car ov smile and Mike told me not to worry. They gave me a ride home, then called me a couple hours later telling me that they would have to keep the car overnight and did I need a car to use. I said no I have one. The next day they called me around lunch and said I had a faulty part and they were in the process of repairing the car now. I said great. They called me later on letting me know the car was repaired and did I need a ride to pick it up. Fantastic customer service. Thank you very much!!!! More

Absolutely the worst service with the service department. Apparently, since it is a warranty issue, there is no sense of urgency. I am not important enough to help. I get no calls regarding my vehicle, I have to call. I got a rental on my own, even though I heard them offering loaner vehicles to many other individuals. I called and asked, when it might be ready and was told, maybe at the end of next week, they have had it since 3/8. I asked is there anything you can do, this is a lot of money out of my pocket for a rental, I was very upset. I was told no, we can’t help. I can’t afford to continue paying for a rental, but I have to work. I am at a loss, I have never had this bad of customer service. I bought my car brand new from them, I will not be doing that again. I will let everyone know how badly I have been treated. I thought this place strives for exceptional customer service, but I guess that is only if you are putting money in their pockets. More
