At first I looked at used Rav 4's and ended up buying a new 2015 Rav 4. Fred was very patient and worked with me to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. He patiently answered all questions and made sure I had clear price given to me with a no BS attitude which was resfreshing compared to some other dealerships. I would highly recommend Fred and this dealership. Jason Gordon was also very helpful and kept in contact with me throughout my vehicle search. I also have had my Older Toyota Highlander serviced her for 6 years and found everyone to be very helpful and honest. More

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the whole process, and they got my family and I into the vehicle we wanted, and quickly. It was about as stress free (minus the children I brought) and enjoyable experience as I could have hoped for with buying a new car. All three were quick to respond anytime I called or emailed with a question, and they each went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the process. I know the dealership prides itself on creating a welcoming "family" atmosphere, and that is definitely what I experienced. The truck I'm driving now only has a few more years left, and I now know where I will be going when the time comes for a new one. Keep up the good work. More

The car was perfect when I picked it up - clean and ready to roll. Fred Zeiba and Bob Keough were great to work with for my last car, so I definitely had to see Fred again when shopping for the new one. The Service Dept. and Finance have been great, too! After having visted a couple of other local dealers ( Subaru and Honda) and having had less than satisfactory experiences there, we were moved to try Toyota of Braintree after my brother-in law and his wife bought a used Rav-4 there a few weeks ago. We were impressed with how friendly and competent our salesman, Matt Smith was in dealing with us and decided to replace both hondas rather than one at a time. At no time did we feel we were being hurried, hassled or pressured. Matt took the time to explain things, answer questions and helped us through the whole process. More

But most importantly, on the Saturday morning we arrived to pick up the Rav 4 we were in a hurry to get to our daughter's state track championship and Sunny worked extra fast to complete everything. You could tell it was a struggle for him but he managed it with a smile to please us. He also offered for us to come back to re-do the training on the technology to ensure we understood everything. He was very helpful and accommodating and we appreciated his efforts!! Great service! More

I'm a car nut who has owned 10 different cars in the last 16 years of driving and I've never enjoyed the buying process until now. Their dealership is a super low pressure environment with first class customer service. All the people I interacted with are friendly, entertaining and interesting, as opposed to typical sales people who are just trying to get you in a car. I'm a bit of a bargain hunter, so I called/visited 5 dealerships throughout the state before ending up at Tufankjian, which happened to be close to home and offered me the best deal. The other dealers would send me a barrage of e-mails and leave me voicemails about car models that I wasn't even looking to purchase. Tufankjian respected my privacy and would only contact me with on-point information. When my wife needs a new car we'll be going back. More
