Absolutely worst deal ever pulled on me in my life. I negotiated a deal on a new Ford F-150 Pick-up and as I was down to signing the last couple of pages (contract already signed) the finance person not I negotiated a deal on a new Ford F-150 Pick-up and as I was down to signing the last couple of pages (contract already signed) the finance person noticed a mistake on their part and they would not honor the agreed price even after they admitted it was their fault. They had ALL of the information and they gave me a price that was agreed upon but Ronald Galliher informed me they would not honor their end of the agreement. Let me walk out of the dealership without even apologizing. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and have NEVER been treated this way. Unforgiveable! Joe LaFleur More

I, as a disabled vet, just couldn't afford this one at this time, yet I just could not let it go. Bob Kisner, and all that assisted me, in a trade in, made my experience so much easier because dollar signs were not all the dealership and especially Bob, was at stake. They believe in customer service and the reputation of the 225 member team at Mel Hambelton Ford. More
