I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I spoke with Zaid Alsaifi over the phone about a vehicle I saw advertised on the internet. I set up a time to come up and take a look at the vehicle. Zaid had pulled the vehicle up front and was waiting next to it when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and again was able to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and had a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend Zaid Alsaifia and this dealership. More

Best around We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super frie We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! All we look for when buying a car(or anything really!) are kind people, a fair deal, and dependable service. Ganley Village has all of them! Thank you guys!!! Bob Kukwa in Finance was a big help as well to help get my payment near where I wanted it to be. I did about a months worth of shopping and Ganley Village Ram really got me what I wanted. More

I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!! My daughter and I went to so many dealerships and got either denied or asked to pay an impossible down payment. We decided to try one more place and contacted Todd. Since we lived a little further away and he knew our history of denials he asked us to submit everything online to see if he could help us. Well that same day he called back with GREAT news. We actually got approved! We came in the next day and had our eye on a certain car, so he had it all ready for us. The process was so easy and Todd couldn't be a nicer more respectable, honest dealer. He answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel like just another customer or just a dollar sign. After seeing Bob in financing, who is also amazing at his job, my daughter got to drive away in her gorgeous car. We couldn't be happier! I plan on going to Todd and Ganley whenever I'm in need of a new vehicle. The whole dealership was so welcoming and all of the employees treated us so respectfully. I highly recommend contacting Todd if you are shopping for a new vehicle. More

Zaid approached me and asked me what i was interested in and showed me the Jeep i had found online right away. He reassured me that there was no pressure buying and was very informative and sociable throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable and at ease while talking to Zaid. I would recommend this friendly dealership to anyone looking for an easy car-buying experience. When I was ready to buy, Zaid led me to the finance department where Bob Kukwa helped us finalize the purchase in a friendly, efficient manor.
