This is my second time going to White Plains Honda and they proved again why they deserve my business. I was greeted at the door by Bob wbo was standing there seemingly waiting for me to come in. I work i they proved again why they deserve my business. I was greeted at the door by Bob wbo was standing there seemingly waiting for me to come in. I work in customer care so that first impression already was a big green flag. Bob took his time to hear my needs both in the car and financially. He grabbed a car for me to test drive and matched up car features with what i had told him was important to me. Another great sign. After the test drive he broke down my financial options and even offered an alternative with a slightly cheaper payments, but for the price it was worth it to get the car i really wanted. After i had decided on the car, Bob called up my insurance to ensure my coverage was transfered over (i was bringing back a lease), which to my suprise was actually cheaper insurance due to the new car having more safety features. In the end, it was a very pleasant transaction and Bob helped me get the car i came looking for. Amazing job and excellent treatment of a return customer. More
