The manager was unprofessional and rude the sales representative was sarcastic and rude the finance dept tried to bring up they tried to rip me off. Was very excited to pick up my 2017 Honda Civic Si. Arrived at the dealership. Everything seemed in order. I had a good apr % rate, and warranty. But on arrival and when going over the contract with the financial dept, I got an even better deal. A lower apr % rate, and an even better warranty deal.
